Key Reads LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using Icon Pop Answers (https://iconpopanswers.com).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  1. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  1. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district or, if you are outside the United States, the judicial district where the service provider may be found, and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  2. Notify the content provider, if possible
  3. Provide the content provider an opportunity to submit a counter-notification

Repeat Infringers

Where a site provides accounts or submission access, we may restrict or terminate access by repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
